Guest Speaker: Ale Lariu

Alessandra (Ale) consults in Brand Experience with a special interest in partnership strategies and community building. She has lead transformation projects for over 21 clients over 13 years.

Brazilian-born Ale was fed up with being virtually the only woman in the room whenever she judged an advertising awards show. So started SheSays to encourage the advancement of women in digital media, through mentoring and networking programs.

//accomplishments: Ale was picked by Fast Company magazine as number 29 out of the 100 Most Creative People in Business. FastCo also included Ale in their “League of extraordinary women” with 60 other amazing ladies like Hillary Clinton and Oprah. She was also elected ‘World’s Most Influential Female Creative Director’ by Adwomen and got an award for ‘Greatest Individual Contribution to New Media’ by NMA magazine. She has received 18 industry awards and chaired the Clios and D&AD black pencil.
