Guest Speaker: Matt Roche
Matt Roche is a Grants Programme Manager at The Mercers’ Company. He is involved in their Church & Communities and Older People & Housing programmes, as well as their social investment work and support for churches.
Previously Matt worked as a Head of Funding at the Big Lottery Fund (now National Lottery Community Fund). Before that he worked in the community development and mental health sectors. Matt also has 29 years of experience as a non-executive and is currently a Trustee of Millfield House Foundation and a local library building. He is the Chair of a social enterprise based in his home town of Darlington.
