Monday, 19th, June 2023
11 am – 12 noon

Where?

Zoom Online

This is a presentation on the Foyle Foundation’s application process focusing on the Small Grants Scheme for smaller charities registered and operating in the UK. Attendees will gain helpful information about the sort of work The Foundation funds, what to include in the application and help with understanding the financial information required.

Whilst the Foundation’s Small Grants Scheme is only open to registered charities with a turnover below £150,000 (including exempt and excepted charities) the session might also be of interest to other non-registered organisations/groups that may be considering becoming a registered charity or are interested in tips on application processes

Guest Speaker: Lee Milne – Foyle Foundation

Lee Milne has been a Grants Assessor at Foyle Foundation since 2012 working across all funding schemes. Prior to this she held positions at Arts Council England (in both the Combined Arts Unit and the Visual Arts Unit) and has worked for various arts organisations in temporary and voluntary roles. She is also a member of the Specular Assembly artist collective, a keen runner and cyclist and volunteers at the local horticulture and allotment society.

This is FREE to individuals from small and BAMER (Black, Asian, Multi-Ethnic and Refugee) organisations and run in collaboration with Race on the Agenda (ROTA) and Black Fundraisers UK (BF-UK).
